- High level planning and coordination.
- Effective and practical use of an agreed project management methodology and working practice.
- Project status reporting - internal and external.
- Manage project resource needs carefully.
- Budgeting, forecasting and tracking of project expenditure.
- Work closely with the client project team in relevant aspects of the project.
- Presentation to client on proposed solution / plan.
- Ensure a high quality of all deliverables and performance throughout the duration of the project.
- Collaboration with the client project team to create the project plan.
- Manage the project plan, ensuring agreed targets are met and that client and internal team issues are resolved rapidly.
- Produce systems testing, including preparation of test matrices.
- Post implementation reviews.
- Feasibility studies, business process and requirements analysis.
- Investigate working smarter and better use of IT with clients (workflow etc).

- Trained to BSI Standard in ISO27001 Information Security - Identification of a project team to work on ISO27001 Certification within the firm - Agree scope for certification - Ensure that full project documentation is maintained included the essential security manual required for ISO27001 - Undertake interviews with key individuals within the firm - Perform a Gap Analysis - Together with the team assess and manage the risks - Review and assist with Business Continuity Planning - Approved FAST Software Manager and Software Auditor. - Policies and procedures - Asset management guidance
